Newfound Courage est un jeu d'action-aventure axé sur la narration qui raconte l'histoire d'un héros gay qui tombe amoureux de son meilleur ami alors que le monde se défait autour d'eux.

L'histoire d'Alex commence dans l'étrange ville de Silverpine, située à flanc de falaise, qui abrite The Vault, un institut mystérieux contenant les connaissances d'une civilisation disparue depuis longtemps. Alex doit explorer les nombreux mystères de The Vault et aider les habitants colorés qu'il rencontre en chemin, tout en apprenant à comprendre et à accepter ses sentiments pour un autre jeune homme nommé Jake.

Version anglaise : le jeu ne comporte pas de sous-titres français.
