Far: Lone Sails est un jeu d'aventure avec des véhicules. À bord d'une embarcation unique, vous devrez traverser un océan asséché, à la découverte des vestiges d'une civilisation jadis prospère. Vous devrez continuer d'avancer, en dépit des obstacles qui vous barreront la route et des conditions météorologiques difficiles. Où les vents vous mèneront-ils ? Êtes-vous le dernier de votre espèce ?

Traversez des fonds marins asséchés remplis de vestiges d'une civilisation disparue. Manoeuvrez votre embarcation en évitant les nombreux obstacles qui vous attendront dans des conditions météorologiques parfois difficiles. Jusqu'où pourrez-vous aller ? Que trouverez-vous là-bas ?
